In one of our first international projects in France, weembrace the challenge of building independent villas for sale.

The houses were completely built by us from the foundations up to final finishes. The work, which had luxurious finishes, required dozens  of  workers  of   different  specialties. As it can see through the project 3D, each one of the housings has some platforms. On the other hand, these characteristics help-in adapting the housing to the land; for another one, it was necessary to appeal the backfillers to create the inferior floor and to construct the swimming pool.

To define and to level the different pisos were the main objective of the first phase of the workmanship and the biggest obstacle during the construction of the masonry. The construction of the houses included an isolation efficient and has a ventilated façade a system of capoto, what it very becomes them comfortable during all the year. It had despite to waterproof the terraces, varandas and the swimming pool. Any imperfection in the waterproofing could cause damages in the interior, therefore the terraces had been left to the load during 24 H. Surpassed this test, we passed to the workmanships in the interior.

In the interior, we start for towing the walls, painting the walls, to seat the floor in wood and to place baseboards. The houses will be deliver ready to inhabit, therefore also we mounted the houses of bath, the kitchens and the roupeiros for measure. However, our locksmiths had entered in scene. The housings have ample windows, all safe pairs and with thermal cut, gradeamentos and automatic gates.

All these concerns throughout the construction of the houses return-in the extraordinary comfortable ones in the interior, therefore we have the certainty that its inhabitants will not go themselves to repent of the investment.
